Paul show the insignificance of outward privileges…

Paul shows the insignificance of outward privileges compared to the knowledge of Jesus Christ. “But indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ”. Paul didn’t trust in himself or in his own achievements in that religious community where he had grown. His boasting was that “I would be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith” Phil. 3:8-9, so that people would see in him a man who was in Christ. A man who was living by faith in Christ. A man who wasn’t self-righteous. A man in whom people would see Christ when listening and looking at him. Righteousness by faith, that was the issue yesterday in the Bible School of the Holy Spirit and today we continue 13.00… Pastor Kai

Return to grace of Christ

‎”I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ into a different gospel” Gal. 1:6. When you was born again, you came into Christ and into God’s grace. Then you heard that faith alone is not enough. You asked: Did Jesus die in vain for 2000 years ago? You got into a crisis and you turned away from Christ into an another kind of gospel. You then found yourself under the law , outside the grace of Christ. “Who has bewitched you that you shouldn’t obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was clearly portrayed among you as crucified? This only I want to learn from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?” Gal. 3:1-2. Return from the law into Christ and the grace of God. You’ll get strengthened, you’ll become healthy and your joy will return into your house. This was my message in the Bible School of the Holy Spirit yesterday. Pastor Kai
